If you have ever visualised a ‘Scottish’ marina then Craobh is it – think crystal waters, beautiful coastlines and islands with towering mountains as a backdrop and you’re there.

Craobh (pronounced Kroov), is the sister marina to Kip Marina in Inverkip, and situated in a naturally formed sheltered harbour just south of Oban, famous for its seafood and West Highland malt whisky. With easy access by road and rail, it is the gateway to some of the most scenic sailing waters in the world or even just a wonderful place to enjoy a short break on your boat or in one of our refurbished holiday cottages.

As part of Scotland’s leading marina group, Holt Leisure, we can draw on over 50 years of experience at the forefront of Scottish sailing and, together with our friendly team of staff, we can provide you and your boat with everything you need to enjoy the magnificent West Coast of Scotland.

For boat owners, Craobh’s 250 deep water berths together with the unrivalled manoeuvring space, which is a standard amongst Holt Leisure’s marinas yet a rarity elsewhere, makes this stunning location the ideal marina for sailors of all levels of experience and for all types of boats – from small dayboats to large sailing yachts and power craft up to 42m in length.

With 24-hour access by sea or land and fully serviced pontoons & visitor pontoons with power and water available, a warm welcome at any time is assured from our experienced and friendly staff.

As well as such an idyllic setting, Craobh Marina offers the features you would expect from one of Scotland’s premier marinas including new luxury berth holders’ showers complete with laundry facilities and our Chandlery which is stocked with a wide range of everything you could want for your boat from ropes and shackles to anti fouling and fenders or even a new cooker or tender. We operate a click & collect service via email for advance orders and our expert staff can usually source any part or fitting for your vessel.

Craobh Marina despite its glamourous appearance, is also a fully-fledged boat yard and our 30 ton hoist and full service & engineering facilities enable us to take care of all levels of repair from minor issues up to full rebuilds.

Overlooking the marina, you can enjoy the hospitality and fine food offered by The Lord of the Isles Scottish pub & Restaurant which has a great reputation for fresh local seafood and the enjoyment of the beer garden and its view across the boats and on to the water.

Finally, do not miss the quaint village of Craobh Haven itself which surrounds the marina and its picture postcard main street complete with unique little shops and cottages.
